Mattia Benetti

Mattia Benetti is an Italian director and art director, born in Verona. He studied at art school and later at the Academy of Fine Arts, cultivating a deep passion for music, painting, and poetry. He began his career as a set designer for music videos before quickly transitioning into directing.

In addition, he works as a fashion photographer for both national and international brands. His rebellious temperament and romantic vision shape a contemporary style that embraces the future while keeping one foot rooted in the past. Recently, he has developed a strong creative partnership with Zegna, collaborating closely on projects featuring Mads Mikkelsen.

Benetti’s work is characterized by a cinematic sensitivity, blending artistic elegance with modern storytelling, making him a sought-after talent across advertising, fashion, and visual arts.
